The competitions are held according to the rules of the International Federation of Muay Thai Amateur (IFMA). Elbows are allowed for competitors .
In controversial cases related to the judging, one can sign a protest to the steering committee. The cost of the protest is 100EUR.
The symbology of K1 is prohibited!!!
Fighter must wear a shirt, but not a T-shirt during the fight!!!
Wai khru dance is compulsory!!!
Age and weight categories
Cadets (14-15 years)
Juniors (16-17 years) and Seniors (18 and older)
Weight Category:-42(gilrs),-45,-48,-51,-54,-57,-60,-63.5,-67,-71,-75,-81,-86,-91,91+ kg
OVERWEIGHT IS NOT ALLOWED!!!
•For Cadets and Juniors it will be 3 rounds of 2 minutes each. A full 1 minute of rest shall be given between the rounds.
•For Seniors it will be 3 rounds of 3 minutes each. A full 1 minute of rest shall be given between the rounds.
All Muay Thai clubs of Estonia and other countries, according to given entry-forms. Each club may present several fighters in each weight division. Each team should send an application on e-mail
firstname.lastname@example.org till 20th of September.
The entry fee for fighters is 20 euros.
The entry fee for fighters that are not a part of the Estonian Muay Thai Federation (EMF) is 30 euros
Fighter must have a health certificate, otherwise he has to pass a medical inspection which will cost him/her 10 euros.
Attention!!! The sport team representatives are responsible for their fighters. If the fighter does not have a health certificate, the sport team representatives should sign the responsibility for the fighter’s health.
Each fighter must provide his/her proof of identity.
Gloves (10 Oz), head guard(with top head cover), shin protectors, shirt must be according to the color of fighter’s corner.
Competitors of age category Cadets (14-15 years) and Juniors (16-17 years) must have chest protectors. Fighters must have elbow guards.
Organizers will provide: head guards, chest protectors, elbow guards.
Each team must provide at least one judge certified IFMA. Organizers will provide lunch for judges.
